Sony: PS Vita Memories is expensive but with guaranteed performance

I think one of the devices has not lost interest since the announcement is PS Vita, despite criticism (perhaps is what is on everyone’s lips) and ailments so Sony has been happening, it remains a theme that captures our attention. However, since its official announcement, and shortly after the announcement of proprietary technology for the cards, until the day of commissioning reserves in Europe, the subject of reports to take the new Sony handheld console not stop ringing for how costly it could be.
Shortly after Axel tell us the possibility to book PS Vita, prices of reports (unofficial but apparently not yet belie) surfaced leaving everyone a little unhappy stakeholders. According to what is speculation and possible prices published GameStop.
Memory cards PS Vita would cost:
* 4 GB: $ 30
* 8 GB: $ 45
* 16 GB: $ 70
* 32 GB: $ 120
In case you do not already know, the memories that PS Vita use are manufactured by Sony, its appearance is similar to the microSD that we all know, but being a proprietary technology for logic (without knowing how to market the company) could deduce that would be cheaper. No, we were wrong to think so and the prices prove it.
Following the announcement of GameStop, one of the departments responsible for software Sony made statements intended to explain / justify the price of memory cards. First, and perhaps what we should care as users, is that Sony is committed to ensuring the performance of each device equally referring to read / write, something which they do not ruin the game experience as might happen with cards conventional microSD memory. Now, what we are left with many questions is why if Sony wants to take more responsibility as the price we must pay us? Or at least a high price; for those of us knowing how the company operates no surprise, but definitely, seeing the price for so little storage, many were in the air.
In itself, this would be the reason why Sony has such a high price on memory cards for PS Vita, who obviously could not be used as alternative storage and would be mandatory for the little internal space that holds the console.
Second, and not something to be said officially, the high price would be to avoid (which we know is something that will not stop) piracy. The security can be seen when in addition to storage cannot be used as alternate, synchronized with only one owner of the business program. And yes, apparently this would have to pay more.
The truth is that nothing makes me happy that, appreciated from the consumer point of view, get a memory card to 32GB of PS Vita would amount to approximately 32GB SSD memory, remembering that the price of the games, apparently, would similar to the PS3.
