It is generally accepted that human life began in Africa – about seven million years. Today, Africa is a continent with a fascinating variety of peoples, who constitute about 10% of world population. However, there are a number of different ethnic groups living in rural Africa whose lifestyles have remained virtually unchanged for centuries. They have a rich cultural heritage they passed on from generation to generation with very little influence from the outside world.

In other words, Africa is a continent in fact, a plurality of worlds. People live in a variety of conditions show that this extreme contrasts and a middle path. There is extreme poverty and great wealth, there are people affected by drought and famine and human suffering of many foods, there are large, beautiful nature reserve with abundant wildlife and there are very urbanized parts of big cities with tall buildings and modern facilities.
