Tag Heuer, the Swiss brand famous for its watches, will launch in the world of Android smartphones. Get ready to break your piggy banks, as it will be offered for € 4,700!
Android is an open system that does not require a minimum configuration to run. The terminal entry-level increase and allow the system to increase this market segment. But Android is also of high quality, not just hardware, but also thanks to the prestige manufacturers such as Tag Heuer, the Swiss watchmaker.

Its features are less attractive, but it’s not really what is wanted here. It offers a capacitive touch screen TFT Gorilla Glass 3.5 inch. It displays 16 million colors with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels (WVGA). Its processor and RAM are not disclosed. It embeds 256 MB of internal memory and has an 8 GB microSD card, which could easily be replaced by a model with a maximum capacity of 32 GB.
On the back, there is a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus but no flash. It may also take videos, certainly 480p, HD, because the word is not registered.
There is the usual connectivity: WiFi, Bluetooth, aGPS … It uses Android 2.2 (FroYo) and can access the Android Market. Several applications are preloaded: Flash Player, Google Maps, Google Search, GMail, and YouTube…
Battery 1400 mAh gives it a range of 3G communications 6:30, 11 am read music and 14 days standby. The whole is 118 mm x 67 mm x 16.6 mm, a weight (with battery) 200g.
