The Taiwanese company Winmate has a robust PDA announces that both Windows and Android running called Winmate S430T. The Winmate S430T is designed for companies that work under harsh conditions, like in construction.

This 4.3-inch screen is a capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800 by 480 pixels; in the unit on a 720MHz processor, 512MB of RAM and storage, and a 5-megapixel camera.
